Fun as over 500 Young Single Adults from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Phnom Penh area came together Tuesday night, March 8, 2016.  They enjoyed a variety of Khmer specialty foods, created by 21 different groups being competitive to win the contest of being the best!  Chicken, beef kabobs, spring rolls, palm sugar dessert, assorted fruit compotes, noodles, rice, vegetables, breads, fruit and crushed ice drinks.  Rice in banana leaves, baby duck eggs, fried meats…Oh so much to eat!
